I see it over and over again. The University of Akron and the city of Akron are going to "hold landlords accountable." The city has always had a stick up its ass for landlords... mostly because they rent to people that need a place to live and the city doesn't want them living anywhere. If you "hold landlords accountable" that means only one thing: MORE HOMELESS PEOPLE ROAMING THE STREETS doing their shit in a more savage, more extreme way. "Holding landlords accountable" does not solve the problem. IT MAKES IT WORSE.
